In order to maintain property values and keep a clean and attractive City, The City of Miamisburg enforces a property maintenance code. The City employs two Code Enforcement Officers who patrol the City to ensure properties are maintained in accordance to the maintenance code.

Property Maintenance Code

As part of City Council’s ongoing efforts to protect property values, the City adopted the International Property Maintenance Code from the International Code Council, which is used by more than 14,000 jurisdictions nationwide.

Our City is filled with unique and charming neighborhoods with homes varying from starter to executive, making Miamisburg a desirable place to live. The City helps maintain the property values in those neighborhoods by setting acceptable property maintenance standards and assuring that all residents and businesses keep their property up to these standards.
