HSI Victim Notification Program

The Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Victim Notification Program allows eligible victims and witnesses to obtain reliable and timely information regarding a criminal alien’s release from custody. This link is a universal resource locator for the HSI Victim Notification Program.  A witness or victim can simply click on the hyperlink and be transferred to a number of valuable victim services programs provided by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Department.

RX Drop Box

The Police Department has an Rx Drug Drop Box located in a public area on the lower level of the Department. Citizens are encouraged to bring their unwanted, unneeded or expired pills or medical patches (no needles or liquids accepted) to the station at the Civic Center during normal business hours (8 a.m-4 p.m.) and place them in the Drop Box for safe disposal.

Report a Scam

Citizens can report a potential scam or learn about the latest reported scams in the state by visiting the Ohio Attorney General’s website, www.OhioAttorneyGeneral.gov/ReportaScam.

Background Checks

The Police Department provides to the public a State of Ohio service called WebCheck, which is a fingerprint-based civilian background check.  This service is available weekdays from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
