How do I get my pet licensed?

Licenses are only required for dogs, and these are issued by the Montgomery County Auditor’s office.  Licenses can be purchased several ways and at several locations throughout the County.  Visit www.mcauditor.org or call (937) 225-4314 for information.

How do I reserve a park facility?

The only shelters that can be reserved in advance are located in Sycamore Trails and Mound parks.  In addition, Sycamore Trails Aquatic Center is available for rentals during the swim season.  To make a reservation, please call (937) 866-8999.

The reporting person can call the Regional Dispatch Center at 937-225-4357. How do I get a copy of a birth certificate?

Public Health-Dayton & Montgomery County has an Office of Vital Statistics at 117 S. Main Street in Dayton.   Birth certificates are available after 1908.  For more information, visit www.phdmc.org or call (937) 496-3117.

How do I get a marriage license?

The Montgomery County Marriage License Bureau is located in Dayton in the Montgomery County Courts Building at 41 N. Perry Street.  Please call (937) 225-4656.
