PLEASE NOTE: This meeting will be conducted using video conferencing (Zoom) and will be available to the public via streaming video on the Miami Valley Communications Council website and can be accessed at:

The meeting will also be streamed on public access cable (Channel 21 or 99, depending on your cable provider).

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PARTICIPATING IN THE MEETING

PUBLIC COMMENT: If a member of the public wishes to comment on any of the agenda items, please email ryan.homsi@cityofmiamisburg.org or call 937-847-6536. Comments submitted by 2 PM on May 24, 2021 will be read during the Citizen’s Forum portion of the meeting.

PUBLIC HEARING: Three items on the agenda will include a public hearing, where members of the public may provide comments. Any member of the public wishing to provide comments can access the meeting through the instructions provided on this page: http://www.ci.miamisburg.oh.us/index.php?option=content&task=view&id=363. Prior to providing comments, all speakers must provide their full name and address for the purpose of generating accurate meeting minutes.

All attendees will be muted until the public hearings are opened, at which time individuals wishing to provide comment will be unmuted and permitted to speak one-at-a-time.

If anyone has trouble with the software or is concerned about being unable to provide comments during the meeting, please contact Ryan Homsi (contact info above) for assistance on participating in the meeting as soon as possible.

1. SP-04-21: Review of a proposed building addition at 11 N. Main Street, Miamisburg, OH 45342.

Public Hearing Items

1. Swearing in of participants to speak at the public hearing(s).

2. SU-01-21: Review of a special use permit request for an expansion and improvement of the patio area at 103 S. Second Street and 20 S. First Street, Miamisburg, OH 45342. This request also includes the opening of a new eating establishment at 103 S. Second Street.

3. ORD 6909: AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A MAJOR CHANGE TO THE DEER VALLEY PLANNED RESIDENTIAL (PR) DEVELOPMENT LOCATED ON CITY LOTS, PARCEL IDS K45302612 0002, K45302612 0092, AND K45302612 0003 ALONG BENNER ROAD AND TO APPROVE THE COMPANION PRELIMINARY DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE DEER VALLEY PLANNED RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION.

4. ORD 6912: AN ORDINANCE TO REZONE CITY LOTS, PARCEL IDS K46 00412 0001, K46 00412 0004, K46 00412 0010, K46 00412 0012, AND K46 00412 0013 OF THE CITY OF MIAMISBURG, FROM THE CURRENT ZONING DESIGNATIONS OF PC (PLANNED COMMERCIAL) AND R-3 (RESIDENTIAL) TO SDD-2 (SPECIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT 2) AND TO APPROVE THE COMPANION PRELIMINARY DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE NORTH HEINCKE KROGER DEVELOPMENT.
