INSTRUCTIONS FOR PARTICIPATING IN THE MEETING

PUBLIC COMMENT: If a member of the public wishes to comment on any of the agenda items, please email ryan.homsi@cityofmiamisburg.org or call 937-847-6536. Comments submitted by 2 PM on January 25, 2021 will be read during the Citizen’s Forum portion of the meeting.

PUBLIC HEARING: Two of the agenda items will include a public hearing, where members of the public may provide comments. Any member of the public wishing to provide comments can access the meeting through the instructions provided on this page: http://www.ci.miamisburg.oh.us/index.php?option=content&task=view&id=363. Prior to providing comments, all speakers must provide their full name and address for the purpose of generating accurate meeting minutes.

All attendees will be muted until the public hearings are opened, at which time individuals wishing to provide comment will be unmuted and permitted to speak one-at-a-time.

SP-01-2021: Site plan review and approval of Austin Business Park Building V. This is a 60,000 sq. ft. flex office/light industrial building and a continuation of the development of Austin Business Park

Public Hearings:

Ordinance 6869: AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND AND SUPPLEMENT VARIOUS CHAPTERS OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMISBURG IN ORDER TO UPDATE VARIOUS DEFINITIONS, TO UPDATE HOME OCCUPATION AND OTHER DESIGN STANDARDS, RESIDENTIAL CONVERSION STANDARDS, VARIOUS # LISTS, AND PARKING STANDARDS.

Ordinance 6881: AN ORDINANCE TO REZONE CITY LOT, PARCEL ID K46 00718 0073 OF THE CITY OF MIAMISBURG, FROM THE CURRENT ZONING DESIGNATIONS OF RO-1 (RESEARCH OFFICE) AND I-1 (LIGHT INDUSTRIAL) TO SDD-1 (SPECIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT) AND TO APPROVE THE COMPANION PRELIMINARY DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE POST-ACUTE MEDICAL REHABILITATION DEVELOPMENT.
