Information Systems Manager

This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations, development, oversight, management and coordination of all technology related functions within the City of Miamisburg. Maintains all technology assets, assesses technology needs and implements strategic solutions with contractors and employees. Communicates with service providers to ensure efficient delivery and expected usability. The current priorities of this position include:

1. Technical expertise regarding maintenance and upgrades of the network.
2. Planning and budgeting for improvements to IT infrastructure (including network hardware and individual workstations).
3. Securing network and systems-both from cyber-attacks and physical security.
4. Improving efficiency and workflow for our employees and end users.

Compensation & Benefits

The 2023 salary range for the position is $71,835.83- $91,914.04, with an excellent benefits package, including paid leave time.  Salary negotiable dependent on qualifications.
