Facility Maintenance: Part-time

The Facilities Division of the City of Miamisburg is accepting applications for the position of Facility Maintenance Worker.  The position is Year-Round Part-Time working up to 28 hours per week.

The position responsibilities include performing regular inspections of all public building facilities to ensure cleanliness for public use; performing routine and specialized custodial work; replacing light bulbs, ballasts and fixtures; painting; basic plumbing; monitoring and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems; and moving and lifting up to 50 lbs.; and assisting co-workers as needed.

Compensation & Benefits
