Residential customers and small businesses participating in the electric aggregation program through the Miami Valley Communications Council will receive notices regarding Dynegy Energy Services’ recent acquisition of Energy Harbor. It’s important to note that no action is required when these notices arrive.
Customers will also receive a follow-up letter from AES notifying them that their contract with Energy Harbor is ending and they are being automatically switched to Dynegy. Again, no action is needed for those wishing to continue in the program.
Even though there is a new energy supplier, the electricity service will remain uninterrupted and the aggregation rate will stay the same.
