The City of Miamisburg is currently accepting applications to fill a vacant position on the Board of Zoning, Building and Housing Appeals (BZA). This volunteer board plays a vital role in
reviewing zoning decisions, granting variances, and ensuring responsible development that aligns with the city’s long-term vision.
The city seeks a civic-minded resident who cares about Miamisburg’s future and wants to make a meaningful impact on local land use and development decisions. No prior experience is required – just a willingness to serve and learn.
Applicants must be Miamisburg residents and able to attend evening meetings as needed, once a month at 7 p.m. Applications will be accepted through July 31, 2025 and reviewed by a subcommittee of the City Council.
